Qualcuno a mai installato ESX 3.5 con due o pių schede di rete in bundle fra loro?
č sempre necessario il protocollo LACP sugli switch collegati ad esso? o se ne puo fare a meno?

Per quanto mi e' dato sapere LACP non ti occorre.
Come metodo di Load Balancing utilizzi il IP Hash.
Per completezza ti riporto dalla VMware Virtual Networking Concepts - pg.8:
"(...)All adapters in the NIC team must be attached to the same physical switch or an appropriate set of stacked physical switches. (...) That switch or set of stacked switches must be 802.3ad-compliant and configured to use that link-aggregation standard in static mode (that is, with no LACP). All adapters must be active. (...)"
